Finance Coordinator in 's-Heer Arendskerke

For our client, active as manufacturer in the food, we are looking for a Finance Coordinator. In this position you are responsible for the Financial Coordinator tasks and for accounting tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Perform strong and steady in decision making, problem solving, analytics, coordination and driving improvement in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control and Billing Area.
• Responsible for releasing orders till a certain threshold.
• Show ownership of Accounts Payable (AP) processes towards internal and external stakeholders for the respective country/region.
• Provide backfill for Finance Coordinator colleagues in Continental Europe. There is one Finance Coordinator for a Sales Company or a cluster of Sales Companies. 
• Support Accounting related functions in:
• Ensuring, coordinating and monitoring financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Month-end, Year-end and budget/forecasting activities.
• Payroll process.
• Tax matters.
• Internal and external audits.
• Payment processes. 

Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple deliverables simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools, SAP experience is a nice to have.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal), French nice to have.
